Deer Ave at El Dorado St   google map It's only 5 minutes to Homewood Ski Resort, and about 20 minutes to Squaw Valley and Alpine Ski Resorts from this conveniently located, sunny new house in a quiet neighborhood on the West Shore of North Lake Tahoe. Built in 1995, great Tahoe cabin decor. Outdoor Hot Tub. Pet- friendly. The back yard is fenced for your kids and pet. The open living area of this beautiful, Non-Smoking home is on the top floor,with a view of the huge pine trees outside. All three bedrooms are below on the first floor. The master suite has a king-size log bed, dual bathroom vanities, and a private deck with a hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third two twins. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. We have a crib and a high chair for little guests, so you don't have to pack as much. The dining table seats eight and there are four stools around the kitchen island. There is also a large deck off the living area for BBQs (gas grill)and sunbathing. The lakeside Bike Path to Tahoe City is just a block away, and it's only about a three block walk to the Chamber's Landing sand beach. Sugar Pine Point State Park is one mile away for great cross country skiing, hiking and mountain biking. There are several bikes to use at the house. Half a block to West Shore Bike path. Ample firewood is provided for the Vermont Castings Wood Stove and we will have the heat and lights on for a welcome winter arrival. Your whole family will enjoy the cozy Tahoma Cabin!
